The pouch
How do I use one?
Tuck a pouch between your lip and gum. Leave it there for up to 30 minutes, then bin it. There is no liquid and nothing to spit.
When should I take one?
Whenever you would reach for a coffee. Each pouch is 100 mg of caffeine, so treat it the way you would treat a strong cup — and keep an eye on your total for the day.
Will it make my lip tingle?
A mild tingle in the first minute or two is normal and settles quickly. If it does not, take the pouch out.
Can I have more than one at a time?
We would not. One pouch is 100 mg of caffeine, about a strong coffee. Stack them and you are stacking coffees.
Ingredients and safety
Is there nicotine in this?
No. Zero nicotine, zero tobacco, zero sugar, in every flavor. The format is borrowed from nicotine pouches; the contents are not.
What is in a pouch?
Caffeine (100 mg), microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavor, MCT oil, sodium chloride, sucralose, silicon dioxide, citric acid, rebaudioside M, acesulfame potassium.
Who should not use VYRL?
Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone told to limit caffeine. If you are unsure, ask a doctor rather than us.
Is it addictive?
Caffeine is a stimulant, and regular use can lead to tolerance and withdrawal headaches, the same as with coffee. There is nothing else in a pouch that is habit-forming.
Has this been evaluated by the FDA?
No. VYRL is a caffeine product, not a medicine. Nothing we say is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Shipping and orders
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $50. Below that it is $4.95 flat.
How quickly does it ship?
Orders placed before 2pm ET go out the same working day. Delivery is typically 2-5 days after that.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states today and are working on the rest.
Something is wrong with my order.
Reply to your confirmation email within 30 days and we will sort it out. Unopened tins can go back for a full refund.
Can I track it?
Yes, a tracking link goes out with the dispatch email.
Subscriptions
How does a subscription work?
Pick your flavor and how often you want it. It arrives on that schedule at a standing discount, and you are charged when each order ships.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Skip, delay or change flavor from your account at any time before the next order is prepared.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in two clicks, with no phone call. Cancel any time before the next order is prepared.
Can I change my address or card?
Both live in your account and can be updated whenever you like.
