These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vyrl.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Vyrl Energy ("VYRL", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: September 15, 2026.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Our products

VYRL energy pouches are caffeinated consumer products. Each pouch contains 100mg of caffeine and contains no nicotine, no tobacco, and no sugar.

• Not recommended for individuals under 18, or for people who are pregnant, nursing, or sensitive to caffeine.
• If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult a physician before use.
• Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Use as directed. Discontinue use if you experience an adverse reaction.

We have made every effort to display our products and their colors and packaging as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate.

Orders, pricing, and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including pricing and availability errors, and to cancel affected orders.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site. Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time your order is placed.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to your destination.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulation or law, to infringe our intellectual property or that of others, to transmit malicious code, to harass or abuse others, or to resell our products without our written authorization.

Intellectual property

The VYRL name, logo, packaging, product designs, Site content, and all related marks are our property or used under license, and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

Except as expressly stated by us, the Site and all products and services delivered to you through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYRL, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYRL and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Arizona.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version to this page; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
